Governing Language
The controlling version of these Terms & Conditions is the English-language version. Any translation provided for convenience is non-binding. In the event of any discrepancy between an English version and a translated version, the English version shall prevail.
Eligibility & Age Restriction
To be eligible to use the cz8009 platform, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the platform:

Age Verification

We reserve the right to request documentary evidence of age at any point during the account lifecycle — at registration, prior to processing a first withdrawal, or at any other time we deem appropriate. Acceptable documentation includes a valid national identity card, passport, or driving licence showing your date of birth clearly. During any age verification review, the account in question may be temporarily restricted from making withdrawals. If age verification confirms that a player is under 18, the account will be permanently closed, all deposits returned (net of any wagering activity), and all bonus balances forfeited.

One Account Policy
Each individual player is permitted to hold one and only one registered cz8009 account. Opening or attempting to open more than one account — whether under the same name, identity document, payment method, device, or IP address — constitutes a breach of these Terms & Conditions. In such cases, cz8009 reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts, void any associated winnings, and retain any deposited funds in proportion to any identified abuse of the one-account policy.
Account Security and cz8009 Login Credentials
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your cz8009 Login credentials, including your username, password, and any one-time passwords (OTPs) issued to your registered mobile number. You must not share your login credentials with any other person under any circumstances. cz8009 staff will never request your password or OTP via any communication channel. Any activity conducted through your account while your credentials are in use will be treated as having been conducted by you, regardless of whether or not you personally authorised that activity. If you suspect your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify us immediately at [email protected].
Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification
cz8009 may require players to complete a Know Your Customer (KYC) identity verification process at any time, including but not limited to prior to processing a first withdrawal, following a significant account balance increase, or as part of ongoing account monitoring. KYC documentation may include a government-issued photo ID, proof of residential address, and proof of the payment method used for deposits. Failure to provide requested KYC documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in withdrawal holds or account suspension.
Deposits & Withdrawals
All financial transactions on the cz8009 platform are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). cz8009 does not apply hidden currency conversion fees. The account balance displayed in your cz8009 wallet at all times reflects the true BDT value available for wagering or withdrawal, subject to any active wagering requirements on bonus funds.

Deposit Conditions

- You may only deposit funds from a payment account that is registered in your own name. Deposits made from third-party payment accounts are strictly prohibited and will be refunded where practicable, with any associated winnings voided.
- cz8009 does not accept deposits made with funds derived from criminal activity, money laundering, or any other illegal source. Any such deposits will be reported to the relevant authorities and the associated account permanently closed.
Withdrawal Conditions
- Withdrawal requests will be processed to the same payment method used for deposits wherever technically possible, in accordance with anti-money-laundering best practices.
- The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Maximum withdrawal limits may apply and will be communicated to you during the withdrawal process.
- Withdrawals of funds that include bonus amounts are subject to the applicable wagering requirements being met in full before the withdrawal request will be approved.
- cz8009 targets withdrawal processing times of one to three business days from approval. Actual transfer times depend on the payment provider and are outside cz8009's direct control once the withdrawal has been approved on our end.
- KYC verification must be complete before any withdrawal can be processed. Players who have not yet completed KYC should do so promptly to avoid delays.
Transaction Disputes

Bonus & Promotional Terms
cz8009 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as the BPL cricket season, T20 World Cup, Eid, and Pohela Boishakh. All bonuses are subject to the general conditions set out in this section as well as any specific terms stated in the individual promotion.
Wagering Requirements
Unless stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms, all bonus funds credited to your account are subject to a wagering requirement before they may be converted to withdrawable cash. The wagering requirement specifies the total amount you must wager using the bonus funds before a withdrawal is permitted. For example, a bonus of ৳1,000 with a 20x wagering requirement means you must wager a total of ৳20,000 before the bonus-derived balance becomes withdrawable. The applicable wagering requirement for each promotion will be clearly stated in that promotion's terms.
Bonus Eligibility and Restrictions
- Welcome bonuses are available to new players making their first deposit only. One welcome bonus per player, per household, per IP address, and per device.
- Bonuses may only be claimed using an account registered in your own name and with your own payment methods. Claims made using accounts or payment methods registered to other persons are void.
- cz8009 reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer at any time without prior notice, provided that any bonus already credited to a player's account at the time of withdrawal will continue to be subject to the original offer terms.
- If a player withdraws real-money funds while a bonus balance is active, the bonus and any associated winnings generated from that bonus may be forfeited at cz8009's discretion.
Bonus Abuse
cz8009 actively monitors accounts for signs of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: opening multiple accounts to claim the same promotion more than once; placing bets in patterns designed to minimise risk while satisfying wagering requirements (commonly referred to as "bonus hunting" or "low-variance wagering"); collusion with other players; and use of automated software to claim or wager bonus funds. Where bonus abuse is identified, cz8009 reserves the right to void the relevant bonus and all associated winnings, and to close the offending account permanently.
Maximum Withdrawal from Bonus Winnings
Unless stated otherwise in a specific promotion's terms, the maximum amount that may be withdrawn from winnings derived from a bonus is capped at five times (5x) the original bonus amount. Winnings generated from real-money deposits are not subject to this cap.
Game Rules & Fair Play
All games available on the cz8009 platform are sourced from globally certified game providers including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi. Each provider's games operate under independently audited random number generator (RNG) systems, and the results of all games are determined by these certified RNG mechanisms. cz8009 does not alter game outcomes in any way.
Individual Game Rules
The rules governing each individual game — including paylines, return-to-player (RTP) percentages, bonus feature triggers, live dealer table rules, and sports betting market rules — are determined by the respective game provider and are accessible within the game interface itself. Players are responsible for familiarising themselves with the rules of any game before wagering real money. cz8009 is not liable for losses incurred as a result of a player's failure to understand the rules of a game.
Technical Malfunctions
In the event of a technical malfunction, software error, or communications failure affecting a game or bet, cz8009 reserves the right to void the affected round or wager and return the staked amount to the player's account. No further compensation will be payable in such circumstances. Where a malfunction results in an erroneously displayed winning amount that would not have been achievable under normal game operation, cz8009 reserves the right to void the payout and restore the correct balance.
Disconnections During Live Play
If your internet connection is interrupted during a live casino game or sports betting event, the outcome of the round or event will be determined normally. cz8009 will record the result and update your balance accordingly upon reconnection. It is your responsibility to maintain a stable internet connection during play. cz8009 recommends using a reliable 4G or Wi-Fi connection when playing live dealer games or accessing real-time sports betting markets.
Sports Betting
Sports betting markets — including all cricket markets covering BPL, T20 World Cup, IPL, and Bangladesh Tigers international fixtures — are subject to market-specific rules displayed at the time of bet placement. cz8009 reserves the right to void any bet where the odds were manifestly incorrect at the time of placement due to a pricing error. Settlement of sports bets will follow official match results as reported by the relevant governing body (ICC, BCB, FIFA, etc.). Any disputes about match result settlements must be raised within 7 days of the event's conclusion.
User Obligations & Prohibited Conduct
As a registered player on the cz8009 platform, you agree to use the platform solely for lawful recreational purposes and in strict accordance with these Terms & Conditions. The following conduct is expressly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of balances where applicable:
Prohibited Activities
- Fraud and misrepresentation: Providing false identity information, impersonating another person, using stolen or unauthorised payment methods, or making fraudulent chargebacks.
- Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, particularly in live poker, live dealer games, or tournament formats.
- Use of prohibited software: Using bots, automated scripts, artificial intelligence tools, game manipulation software, or any other unauthorised third-party software to assist gameplay or gain an advantage over other players or the house.
- Arbitrage and matched betting: Systematically exploiting pricing discrepancies between cz8009 sports markets and other platforms in a manner designed to guarantee profit regardless of outcome.
- Money laundering: Using the cz8009 platform to deposit, layer, or extract funds derived from criminal activity, or to make deposits with no genuine intention to wager.
- Multiple accounts: Registering or operating more than one cz8009 account for any purpose, including circumventing account limits, claiming duplicate bonuses, or evading a previous account closure.
- Abuse of staff: Directing abusive, threatening, harassing, or discriminatory language at cz8009 customer support staff or other players via any communication channel.
- Exploiting errors: Knowingly exploiting software bugs, pricing errors, or platform errors for personal gain without reporting the error to cz8009 support.
Player Conduct in Live Games
When using live dealer games powered by Evolution Gaming, Ezugi, or other live studio providers, players must conduct themselves in accordance with the chat conduct rules displayed within the game interface. Abusive language directed at dealers or other players in the live chat feature will result in the removal of chat privileges and may result in account suspension.
Reporting Suspected Fraud
If you become aware of any activity on the cz8009 platform that you believe constitutes fraud, collusion, or any other form of prohibited conduct — whether by another player or by a third party — you are encouraged to report it to our support team at [email protected]. All reports will be treated confidentially.
Account Closure & Suspension
cz8009 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to: breach of these Terms & Conditions; suspected fraud, collusion, or money laundering; failure to complete KYC verification within a required timeframe; or conduct that cz8009 reasonably considers to be harmful to the integrity of the platform or to other players.
Voluntary Account Closure
Players who wish to close their cz8009 account voluntarily may do so at any time by contacting our support team at [email protected] with a written request. Upon receipt of a voluntary closure request, cz8009 will process any pending withdrawals of real-money balances (net of any active bonus funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) and close the account within a reasonable timeframe. Bonus balances that have not met their applicable wagering requirements at the time of voluntary closure will be forfeited.
Self-Exclusion
Players who feel that gambling may be becoming a problem are strongly encouraged to use the cz8009 self-exclusion tool. Self-exclusion suspends account access for a player-chosen period — from a minimum of 30 days up to permanent exclusion. Self-exclusion periods cannot be shortened once activated; this is by design, to provide players with a firm and reliable boundary. Consequences of Termination for Breach
Where an account is closed by cz8009 due to a breach of these Terms & Conditions — including but not limited to fraud, collusion, use of prohibited software, or money laundering — cz8009 reserves the right to forfeit all balances held in the account, including both real-money and bonus funds, without obligation to refund deposited amounts. cz8009 further reserves the right to report such cases to relevant financial institutions, law enforcement authorities, and responsible gambling organisations where required by law or where cz8009 deems it appropriate in the public interest.
Dormant Accounts
An account is considered dormant if there has been no login activity for a continuous period of 12 months or more. cz8009 may charge a dormancy maintenance fee of ৳100 per month on accounts that remain dormant, deducted from the available account balance. Players will be notified via their registered email address before dormancy fees begin to apply. Dormant accounts with a zero balance may be closed by cz8009 at its discretion after the applicable notice period.
Amendments and Entire Agreement
These Terms & Conditions, together with the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming policy published on cz8009.net, constitute the entire agreement between you and cz8009 with respect to your use of the platform. They supersede all prior communications, representations, and agreements. If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found to be unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. Failure by cz8009 to enforce any provision of these Terms & Conditions shall not constitute a waiver of the right to enforce that provision in the future.
